Hi,

If you give the starbase commander 100 Francium + Hyper-Drive she just keeps asking for more of them.
Did it twice:
1. Drenkered (whatever) drive
2. Menknek (whatever) drive

Is this supposed to happen?

Yes, it can be completed up to three times.

Yes. They each take a long time to finally settle, but they will eventually start up.
