Anyone point me to where to find more Francium?

Francium is only found on black worlds (plutonic?).  I have not found them on any other planet type.

I don't know if someone has already given you this tip, but there's some on a moon in the Theta Pavo B system.

Also look for Jewel type planets, e.g. Sparkle, in Zeta Naviculum

I didn't check Rainbow planets, but you could check at Fwiffo
