Scrambled Characters during Software Installation

I am using English version of Windows 10, however, scrambled characters appeared during software installation. Please advise how to resolve? Should I continue with the installation? Thanks.

Did you install language packs of Windows?? Or uninstall fonts lately?? Your system may has lost system fonts.

Unless some programs installed the language pack by itself, otherwise, I didn't do it. Anyhow, how to resolver? Thanks.

Did this just happened on Fence installment?? If not,it's highly possible that the system fonts is missing.
