Instructions to fix weather docklet not detailed enough

https://forums.stardock.com/485816/objectdock-support-faq#weatherdocklet

I've visited, read and downloaded the file ("install_weather_64.bat") to the desktop, that I think is supposed to patch or fix the weather docklet and right-clicked and ran as Administrator.

A black CMD dialog box opened that said "the system cannot find the file specified", with instructions that said to place a file (what file? the .bat file I just clicked on or the .ocx file that resulted afterward?) in the Stardock folder in the Common Files.

I noticed I don't have any "Stardock" folder located within the Program Files\Common Files folder, NOR the Program Files (x86)\Common Files folder either. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to create a Stardock folder in the Common Files and place it there or what. The instructions were not detailed enough.

For whatever it's worth, here's the filepath for my weather docklet, which might or might not be the same as everyone else's: C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\ObjectDock\Docklets\Weather. I say that because when installing/reinstalling ObjectDock in the past, I've manually moved a couple of folders to different locations (ie: all .png images used in ObjectDock are in an "Images" folder I created and placed in the Program Files (x86)\Stardock\ObjectDock folder instead of their default location, etc.

Summary: I need more detailed instructions what to do with this .bat file I've downloaded from start to finish (do I download to a different location before opening, etc?

That file is from some time ago but it was a shot in the dark when the weather issue first appeared some weeks ago.  It was not written to fix any current weather docklet issue.

There are no immediate plans to address any weather docklet issue with ObjectDock.
