I paid for my game and now I cant get any reply, seriously?

Did you try the clean boot?

Starting Windows with Clean Boot

Click the link below to run through how to start Windows in a clean boot state. Then try running the game. Exit and reboot. Then try booting normally and see if the game starts.

Thanks for the advice. But I try the method that using bat file to remove my license but it said I dont have any lisence of Sins of a solar empire, is it normal?

Sorry, It's my computer problem. I create a new account on my pc and I launch the game, it start now! Thanks for your patience

Hmm... played for straight 5 hours. After I press quit game...... this game crush again! I try to launch it but it is the same error message, is this my comp problem?

Hello? It still doesnt work, I cant find my license file either in my program data. I try the method to get my license but I failed to get it! Need some help here

Yep, my game is broken, it can only play once in a Microsoft account. It wont launch again and I cant get a refund cause the crash only occur after I play for 12 hours
