Deskscapes activation issue

I can`t activate software , activate button is missing in UI . Already tried all solutions . Thanks

We already had conversation on other topic , and I`ve tried all solutions , purge script and clean install , activate via CMD .... 

Software isn`t activated and activate button in software UI is missing .

Hi

Yes i did ... Invalid command or something like that . It`s a little confusing command , and I`m not sure which  command format is correct . 

This is pattern of command , is quotes required for /email /and /productkeygoesthere/ or not ? Can you give me correct command with example with  random email and productkey . I`ve tried few times and no idea what`s wrong . 

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\DeskScapes8"\SASUpgrade.exe -prodId=2268 -prodName="DeskScapes" -company="Stardock" -ver="8.50" -email="[email protected]" serial="PRODUCTKEYGOESHERE"

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

I have your request for a fix in with support for tomorrow ...

until then  I will think on this issue .

What Browser are you using to try to activate ?

If not I.E. try IE at it's default settings.

and are you trying to activate the full version Not the Trial version ?

Did you download your version from your Stardock Account

from your My Downloads https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

I figured out . Software use new activation method from last time . There`s no activate button . I hit enter and software activates in second. haha can`t believe

Hello.  I recently upgraded my version.  I've tried serial number and stardock account to activate it.  Neither work.  Get message invalid serial number this software isn't associated with this account.  Please help.
