Upgrade pricing

Hello all. A few days ago I bought Multiplicity KM - and first off, it's working like a charm! However, I now realise I need the KVM license to control another machine, so I would like to upgrade the license to the KVM version.

To my suprise, the upgrade from the KM version ($20) to KVM ($40) is $32? This seems strange to me, especially since I just bought the other license? Is it possible to upgrade for $20 in any way or should I request a refund and repurchase?

Thanks in advance!

I have refunded the original (as it is with in the time allowed).  You can purchase what you had intended.  You will need to use the 'Change License' on the about tab (Primary) with the new key when obtained.

I'm in the EXACT same situation.  Could you guys please refund me too?  I purchased KM an hour ago roughly.  And I too just realized I need KVM.

Sean, thank you so much.  I have now purchased and activated the correct version, and I love it.

Admittedly, I didn't expect to find that Multiplicity was worth purchasing when I initially downloaded and installed the one month trial version.  But on the contrary, I find that it is easily the best Stardock software I've purchased in some time.  It is so convenient and useful - a nifty and truly outstanding program.

To be clear, I purchased and enjoy your entire library, but as is probably obvious by now, Multiplicity really blew me away.

Thanks again for everything, Sean and Basj, and you both have a great day! :-)

You are most welcome.

As for MP's usefulness, I have said it a thousand times: If anyone that has more than 1 PC used MP, they would wonder how they ever did without it.  I could not do my job without it, myself.

Let me know if you need anything else.
