That's probably the Rebellion 1.92 update actually. You need to update your mods. If the mod has not updated, you can revert to version 1.91 via Steam betas.

thanks - have reverted back to v1.82 but will try updating mods.

btw it only happened after Steam revamped their interface (that not many peeps like anyway)

The previous Sins version should be 1.91 FYI, but use whatever you were using for your mod.
