So anyone else have St. Anger?
Some tracks I'm feelin and others not. Thoughts?

So I can't imagine not liking it.Finally got it yesterday (was on sale for less than $10) Listened to it twice. I really like track 7 (not sure what the name is since I was listening to it in the car) but by the lyrics of it I would assume that it is called "shoot me again".
It is *not* like old or new Metallica at all. It''s a totally new style, which most of it is because of the new guitar sound of the new guitarist. It had some nice heavy riffs and it is definitely not as craptacular as their last two albums. Doesn''t sound as mainstream, but also doesn''t really sound super heavy, either.
I think I like it, but it''s almost like listening to a new band except the voice is the same (if that makes any sense).
argghh! Too many typos!

well, then it would still be a "new" guitarist, though.
There is definitely different influences on this one than the last two albums.
Still haven't bought the cd--but heard St.Anger a couple of times now--I seem to become less disenchanted each time I hear it.
That's sucks 'cause I'm a huge Metallica fan... I'll have to see after I buy the cd. I dunno know...

| #20 by Citizen anthony roberts - Mettallica could get ten thousand new guitaritz and they would still be lame |
| Are you still annoyed because the Backstreet Boys broke up?.. |

/me smacks head on desk...
why do people post to threads when they have nothing constructive to contribute?
