Unable to activate Groupy - Error -205

I get the following error message

"Unable to activate Groupy. Please try again or contc support. (Error code: -205)"

Any ideas? The same key (Object Deslktop) works with Fences and Deskscapes)

Still no joy in activating. Have read and followed all the FAQ. But still get error -205.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

You are trying to activate Groupy - a product that was added to the suite after your Object Desktop sub expired: 08/04/2017.

That is why Fences 3 activates as it was available when it did.

If you renewed your sub, it would work or you could purchase Groupy outright.

That answers it then, I wondered why I had never used it before. - a more human friendly error message might have helped :grin:

I'm giving Groupy the 30 day trial - lets see how it goes.
