Heys guys... please help me.... when i try to change my WindowsBlinds theme... i got a rundl32.dll error...

How i fix it?? i tryed to reinstall my winxp... but dont was enough...

exactly. it was cause by a quirky little weird thing. download the fix which Apocalypse directed you too and all will be well.
