Unable to activate Ashampoo Driver Updater

I purchased Ashampoo Driver Updater from a Stardock email and had originally installed it on three computers successfully. After performing a sfc /scannow on the first computer it was installed on it is asking to be activated but will not accept my serial number claiming I already have installed it on my limit of three computers and directs me to renew. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still refuses to activate.
