Thank you!  Getting very excited for the next steps with this next Stardock release!

I would love to see standalone Fleet Battle inclusion of the "Super Fleet Battles" as noted on Page 30.  That's a very cool new feature that I would say should be driven.  It's almost a way to dip into the MOBA games these days.

I liked seeing the team and how the game has progressed.

Sign me up for the full adventure mode. I will be one vacation from my day job starting the 6th of August so I will have plenty of time to test it..

I also have time in August to do the full adventure mode.  Let me know if you need another pass at Fleet Battles I could do another comparison of every ship vs every other ship.

I understand I need to be more active on Discord.

The adventure is what I'm mainly interested in, and I have lots of time available in August, so I'd be interested in signing up for the adventure beta also.

Great!

just remember that we will be looking for feedback so only those able to give bug reports and suggestions should sign on.

We will be adding new quests right to the last possible moment.

Looking at the current state of the game, I can't help but smile at how it all looks.
I especially love the fact that on the planet you can see the sun (and/or the planet if you're on a moon) and the Vindicator in the sky. It's so cool.

And I know working on an engine is difficult so I appreciate it very kindly. I really like the transitions and how interconnected every scene is.

I have no idea how to even make this stuff playable.  I have it on Steam, which I don't know much about.  Anytime I try to play "Origins" beta, I get an error that it's missing its executable.  Now I have Fleet Battles Beta listed.  I've punched in the code, now when I click Play, it takes me a Star Control page with an Install and Visit Website button.  I click Install and it asks me every time for my email address, once I punch that it it just goes back to Steam and does nothing.  Now the "Install" button says "play" but when I click on it it just takes me back to Steam and does nothing.  A very frustrating circle.  I was never able to get the previous betas working either.  Not sure why this is so difficult.  Is there something stupid I'm missing?

You put in the beta code, but did you click the arrow to select the beta you would like to opt into?  You have to do that too.

Right click the SCO game in Steam and click properties.  Then go to the Betas tab and click the arrow beneath "Select the beta you would like to opt into" and select either vip_elite2 for the Founder's beta, or if you are trying the SCO Fleet Battles beta then right click that and select properties, go to the Beta tab, click the arrow, and select closedbeta.
