What size are previews supposed to be?

If you take a look here: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=29&SkinID=959 Obviously I haven't got a clue about making the previews! It only shows less than halg of the object dock png I uploaded. Can someone give me some advice, please?

Previews can be of any size you want. I would recomend 800 x 600 since it displays fairly good the screenshot and its a good size to upload. For applications such as CursorXP or ObjectDock as the one you posted, the preview can be smaller. A 380 x 250 its a good size. Try to save them as .jpg -The file will be smaller than .bmp

Well, don't just try to save as jpg.......... preview images must be jpg.
