Late this coming week (May 31) we will be adding the full Star Control game to everyone's Steam accounts! Yay!

There won't be any game there yet but it will allow us to pass along Steam branch passwords that will unlock access to BETA builds of the game.

To start off, we will be making the early part of the game available for those who are interested in helping us test game play, compatibility, pacing, ease of use, writing, bugs, etc. 

This forum will be the official location for feedback.  If you are interested in participating, comment here.

I entered that Tywom code here, and it said it was accepted, but there's no beta version showing up anywhere that I can find.  If I try to run "Star Control: Origins" I get the error from the image in my previous post. Do I click on the "Fleet Battles" Beta instead?

From the June Founders' Vault update:

On August 9, we will be making available to a select few who are willing to get the game “spoiled” for them early on to play test the full game start to finish. This will give us nearly a month and a half of tweaking pacing, finding any minor story bugs, adding additional minor quests and respond to feedback.


Even with just the Chapter 1 beta, we have gotten a lot of actionable feedback. After release, presuming it’s a success, we will do our best to make sure your contributions are hailed far and wide.


If you are interested in being part of the August 9 FULL GAME BETA. You will need to be in the Founder’s channel on Discord and be reasonable active as we will need people who are real-time active so that we can ask them questions and quickly respond to their suggestions.

Thanks for the reply, however it did not answer my question. So let me re-phrase the question. For those who are NOT picked for the August 9th FULL Game Beta, will there be additional chapters released prior to the September  release much like the chapter that was released recently. I just want a simple yes or no.
