Can a WindowBlinds Theme Automatically Select an Accent Color From a Wallpaper?

Greetings!

I was thinking about the feature that Windows 10 and I believe 8.1 had this too. You can change the themes color based on your current wallpapers accent color. Can I do this with WindowBlinds10? Thanks for reading
