I purchased the full  Sins of a Solar Empire Gold BUNDLE from steam

Installed the game with no issues at all.

Started to play the game to have it crash to desk top after 30 minutes of game, loaded back  into the game to it happen around 2 minutes into game play and it has been doing this constantly, extremely unplayable.

I have searched the official forums and the steam forums for causes/fixes and tried all suggested fixes;

  • Dropping detail settings (even though this machine can run GTAV and Forza Horizon 3 on ultra with no issues.
  • Removing AA from Video Settings
  • Verified Steam files multiple times
  • Ran the game in Windowed mode/As administrator/compatibility mode
  • Disable Avast anti virus (added .exe to exclusions list also
  • Double checked all drivers where were up to date including DX12
  • Re-installed all Redistributable Files.
  • Ran a completely fresh install on dev.exe/normal.exe, no addons/mods

I have included a link to the Gdrive where i have store 5 of the latest sins.dmp files:

Whenever we see a crash that is time based (not event driven), we want to see if the video card is being overclocked - either by you or factory.

It's definitely not event driven.

I've tried one system profile with the video card over clocked and another without being over clocked.

Same results..

Prior to continuing, I'd like to make sure the issue you are encountering is not occurring as a result of an application conflict. The best way to proceed would be to try loading under a new Window's Administrator account and in a "clean boot" state.

Create a new Windows Administrator (<--important that its an Administrator) account:

Winodws 7:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-user-account#create-user-account=windows-7

Windows 10:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/create-a-local-user-account-in-windows-10

Log in under that account and try. If it fails, and while still under that account, please click the link below for performing a 'clean boot' under it:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135

After you've loaded Windows in a clean state, please try once again.

*IMPORTANT NOTE*
Once you are booted into a clean state, you may need to Install the Steam service again. You can do so by trying to start up Steam. If Steam asks you to install the Steam service, simply hit "Install Service" and try to boot up Steam again:
