Can I still buy the star Control Founders addition

I pre ordered star Control on steam. Im super excited for the game. I love the SC games and ive waited way to long for a sequel/prequel. As soon as I found out about it I preordered it. I later found out that their was a Founders edition and I really want it/Need IT. If I need to purchase the game all over again I will just to get the founders edition with all the founders perks. Im hoping thou thats theirs just an upgrade that I can get to change my Preorder to Founders edition.
