I'm Stumped!!

No Tiles On Start Menu

Guys, it's seldom that I find a Windows problem that I can't fix, but I got one for ya!

 

I have a PC with no tiles section for the default Windows 10 start menu. The whole section is missing, including the background. I have reset the machine, added a user, etc.  Google has been no help.

 

All I see is the left most section of the start menu. No right side with the tiles.

 

Head scratchin here.....

 

Any ideas?

BTW, this is a for sale unit. Start 10 isn't an option.

Obviously you need the tiles back to make a sale, but I can't see why anybody would want those ugly tiles on their PC in the first place.  I simply can't stand that Fisher Price look, so to get rid of it, Start10 is the first thing I install on Win 10.

Oops, didn't check the date.  :blush: Thing is, I saw it at the top of the page and assumed it was a new one.
