Cant connect more than 2 computer

So i have 4 comptuer total , im able to control 2 secondary computer + my primary one . ( i can control any 2 out of 3 of my other comp , can be any of them so its all working , also KVM control all 3 so its not a private setting/firewall problem ).

But for some reason as soon as i try to swap in the third computer in the primary set up it take one off , i can never control my primary + my 3 secondary at the same time , cant seem to find any answer on that .

What is missing from the details of this issue is if this:

'set up it take one off'

Is for Seamless or for KVM.  If the latter, that is what would happen if you tried to add a second Secondary as the KVM product only allows for 1 in the config at any given time:

Please do not use 'monitors' in phrasing - always refer to them as either Primary and Secondary PCs.

First, increase the size of your grid:

Next, I don't know where you are trying to drag any third PC to - where on the grid are you?

If that fails, and after you have expanded the grid, send me a video of the issue.  Your PC names are not a security concern if you have any.  You can change them if you do not agree.

Hi sdRohan, I have the same problem and do not have the option to setup grid size. Multiplicity Pro 3. Thank you.

Same issue. I put one secondary computer on, all good. I place another and the first one comes off the grid and back into the add computers list. I drag that one on, and the other one comes off. Still no option to expand the grid.

You also have a "Presets" drop-down menu for your grid that is not present on mine. This may be related?

This is almost certainly a DPI issue - meaning, its there, just farther down and you cannot see it.  Try other settings and see if you can see it in the UI after:

Your issue is that you activated the OD version of MP - that is KM only....  YOu need to use the 'change license' option on the 'About' tab and use the MP specific key on your account:

Thanks, you nailed it for the issue on secondary PCs dropping off when one is added. It WORKS! However, still cannot change grid size nor do I have the options for presets.

You have a version of MP that SD only sold for like 10 minutes (very short window).  I have traded with MP KVM on your account.  You need to, purge, reinstall and use the new key:
