Fences always visible after reboot

I have current fences installed and whenever I start my computer all my fences are visible and I have to double click desktop to hide them. Earlier version on my old computer remembered the state. If I had the fences hidden on shutdown, they stayed hidden after reboot. Not anymore.

Is Quick-hide enabled and automatically hide icons when desktop is not in use set to certain time?

In quick-hide only "Enabled" is checked. I have tried to check and uncheck "Always show icons at startup". It's like that setting doesn't work.
