Autohidden objectdock has difficulties activating

I have the current version of ObjectDock which I purchased as  a standalone and after that as part of OD. Unfortunately it does not work as well as my previous version 1.9 did when it comes to activating autohidden dock. Sometimes it just does not activate whatever I do, then after 5,10, 30 seconds it activates. This frustrating error makes autohide almost unusable as the idea is that you have it hidden, but can get it instantly when you need it. It worked a lot better with the old version.

Then it would be nice to provide the old 100% working version with updated certificates so it can be installed instead. And Stardock to stop promoting to buy it.

We only provide and support the latest version of our products.  Also, many people Still run OD on Windows 7.

Why don't you support OD Windows 10?  Stardock keeps telling us don't support it but don't say why:

  1. Do you intend to abandoned OD and remove it when the last windows 7 PC dies?
  2. Are you having a hard time finding engineers to maintain it?
  3. Is it unmaintainable because of language (Cobol, asm, legacy basic, etc.)?
  4. Are there too few customers to keep it going?

 

We would like a better response to requests for support than “we just don’t”.
