i have done that and also installed the object desktop install manager but no result

It's been 5 days since i bought object desktop and didn't receive any product key yet. it is not even showing on the my orders page. Is this a normal thing to wait for the product for so many days after buying it at stardock .i also submitted a ticket but no reply to that also. please solve this issue ASAP i have high hopes.
