BUG?! Loading a save file = AI goes an extra turn

Is there a known bug on the current version of Political Machine 2016 for Steam involving save files?

Every time I start the game and load a file where I left up, I swear the AI refreshes his stamina and goes a full extra turn. I confirmed this by loading another save file and the AI goes again!

This is a huge problem for me, since I work 6 days a week with clients and can only play in short bursts. How can this be resolved?

I thought the site didn't post my question and I ended up pressing "post" once again. How do I delete a duplicate post? Or is this another bug/feature?
