This isn't the place to post your user name and email. You should EDIT this post and remove them.

You should be able to log into your account here:

https://store.stardock.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/myaccount/products

1st line on the page should be "Object Desktop Manager".  Underneath that is "View Individual Downloads" - click on that text and a list will drop down with download links for each program.  Download and backup the downloads you want.

Underneath those is "Object Desktop...Expires in...". Next line is "View Product Keys" - click on that text and it will show your Object Desktop product key.  Use that for each of the programs included in Object Desktop that you install.

It is best to uninstall any previous versions of the programs, including trials, before you install the current version.

Hi Dave,

Thank You for your reply,

I clicked on the link you sent to me but still I could not find the Object Desktop Manager  or anything related to Object Desktop is missing.

There are download for my previous old purchases but nothing for Object Desktop or its subset individual products.

Did you receive an email receipt after your purchase?

Did you use the same email as you used for your previous purchases?

I have received an email with the receipt but even that did not have any product key nor the download link in it.

Did you use the same email for this purchase that you are using for your Stardock Account?

I did I do not use different email address, I have even used the retrieve the product keys for a specific email address.

That's as far as I can go with it.  Stardock isn't open on the weekends, but a support person may drop in here during that time or later, or someone else may see something I'm missing.  I'd start a support ticket here:

https://esupport.stardock.com/

You'll get an automated response immediately, don't reply to that or send any additional emails until an actual person replies - each time you send an email it throws you to the back of the line.  Usually they'll get back to you within 1 or 2 business days.

I believe that is normal - they don't usually put product keys in emails.  If I'm not mistaken, there is usually some language about going to your My Account > My Downloads page, though.

Sorry for jumping in this thread - not trying to hijack it...

But I have the exact same issue as the OP. I just purchased Object Desktop and cannot find it in 'My Downloads' section. My other (previous) purchases do show, just not Object Desktop.

I've also send an e-mail to sales hoping they will resolve this for me. Have you (OP) had any luck so far?

I've relocated this thread to 'Support' to facilitate an appropriate response...;)

This problem might be because Object Desktop is a subscription? I didn't realize that when I bought Object Desktop. I thought I was just purchasing a single user, standalone version of the software suite called Object Desktop.

I will try to get it refunded and just purchase the software I'm interested in separately.

Object Desktop is a subscription?

See here for a description of the subscription, it may not be as you're thinking:

I would suggest contacting support in regards to an order issue.

I thought I was just purchasing a single user, standalone version of the software suite called Object Desktop.

In one sense, you are.  The software, once downloaded and saved to your system, is yours to keep and use forever.  During the first year, you are entitled to all updates, betas and upgrades to the software that are made available to subscribers over the course of that year.  Should you choose not to renew the subscription after one year, you may keep & continue to use the software as long as your rig survives but you will no longer have access to subsequent updates, betas & upgrades.

The important thing to do so that it works out as a "purchased, standalone" product is to download all the individual app installers & save them.  You may continue to download updated/upgraded installers over the course of that first year after which your access would end, even to the installers you had "purchased" if you hadn't downloaded & saved them.  So the key is to download, save and back up.

I would like to add to Daiwa’s awesome instructions, save or copy any registration number of each product to a text file so if you have to install again you’ll have it.

i just had to reformat my computer and I have everything save on an external hard drive. It made it easy to install everything again.

The other thing I forgot to recommend was to download all the apps in OD, even ones you don't think you'll use - you might change your mind down the road, especially about something like Groupy.  You have nothing to lose but a few MB's of space somewhere.
