WindowBlinds built-in "Windows Classic" theme

WB 10.65 does not work in classic theme

I install WindowBlinds v10.65 and and switched to the built-in "Windows Classic" theme.

My questions:

1. This is not standard "Windows Classic" theme.

2. GPU acceleration is this theme - does not work.

3. In "About" i see warning:

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC but the Desktop Window Manager is NOT enabled!

The Windows Classic theme should not even be installed with 10.65 on Windows 10. I would suggest you uninstall WindowBlinds and do a clean install of 10.65. In fact if you had an older version it will tell you to uninstall the previous build.

Of course I'm guessing because you don't say what OS you are using.

What ever version uninstall and install the latest version.

I use Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate.

Ok that is why you have that WB. Besides win10 I also have win 7 and have problems with it.

I have tries using it several times and always have the same problem. My Windows Explorer window Turns White when I apply the Windows Classic theme. Fine as I think it is suppose to be that why. Problem here is no matter how many other skins I apply the background remains White. I have to re-boot and use any other skin in order to get the correct background color of the other skins. So I never did say anything about it as I think somewhere I something said about it in the past with no answers. I just won't use the skin anymore.

A few words would be suffice.......

That Windows Classic theme actually not a skin/theme,it's just the way you unload Windowblinds to system's default theme which has changed the color patterns due to previous Windowblinds' skin.

If this theme is not a WBA theme - then remove it from WindowBlinds.

You are deceiving people!

Since this theme does not work correctly on Windows 7 and does not have graphical acceleration GPU.

Read the English carefully, again,it's classic theme as Windows default theme,a way to revere basic:no graphical painting/rendering,no GPU.    FYI,people who buys Windowblinds like to "beautify" their windows themes.

Standard switching on a classical theme is possible through menu "Pesonalization".

I use WindowBlinds to get a built-in "Windows Classic" theme with graphical acceleration (GPU).

If this theme is not WB-themes, then it should be removed from the WB and not deceived by people.

I want a response from a representative of the official technical support WindowBlinds.

1) Built-in "Windows Classic" WindowBlinds theme - is bad theme!

2) Built-in "Windows Classic" WindowBlinds theme - does not work GPU acceleration

See screenshot original Windows Classic theme:

'Windows Classic', now 'Windows Default' in the current version, is actually that lack of a WindowBlinds theme.  WB is basically not active, or acting on, Windows for it.

I know that the themes created in WindowBlinds work with the graphical acceleration (GPU).

But unfortunately, the search for classic *.wba on the Internet did not give any results.

Do you have a classic WindowBlinds theme? Please send it to me.

Unfortunately no!

None of the proposed theme are similar to the original classical theme Windows 7.

They have a completely different interface.

Well the True Classic theme is as close as it's going to get.

Solution is simple.  Make an exact looking skin in Skinstudio. You have permission to use the SD Diamond WB as a template from SD. Just make all your own images and place them in SKS as necessary. Since it will be the first WB you will actually make you should have it done between 6 to 12 months.

You are like beating a dead Horse so to speak here on this subject. Especially since you don't seem to accept any answers given and this isn't your first post on this subject. None of the few people left here that make WindowBlind skins, have any interest in making an exact duplicate.

That's what you've been told in your various posts over the last few months.

There is not an exact theme available that has been made by anyone. So you would either need to create this yourself or pay someone to create a custom theme for you.

I offered an idea to develop a WindowBlinds "Win7 Classic Theme", that could be used by million PC users around the world. Classic theme existed in current 15 years [Windows 95 -Windows 98 - Windows Me - Windows NT - Windows 2000 - Windows XP - Windows Server 2003 - Windows Vista - Windows Server 2008 - Windows 7 - Windows Server 2008 R2].

If you contact Codewar65 (who made the True Classic theme) and explain what you would want maybe he can help you out. Since he already made a skin that resembles the classic he could change some things you don't like.

I have no idea who you are or where you're from classicaerotheme, as all you put in your profile is that your are "Male", but I must tell you that you are extremely rude, and from your other thread about this same thing saying that "millions of people" use the Classic Aero Theme on their computer? Please validate your statistics with documented proof, because I doubt that very much.

As far as someone designing this skin, it would be close in Windows 10, but there are areas that cannot be skinned, period, so therefore it would be impossible to get it perfect.

I could design a skin that is close to what you desire, but I see in your other thread that someone else already did that for you, and you were once again rude and dissatisfied. That being the case, no one, including Stardock I would think, will ever design a skin for you now, or ever.

Become a decent human being please, or leave.

....and it doesn't exist in any Windows version since.

That is a fault [?] of Microsoft, not Windowblinds.

You WILL NEED to offer more than 'an idea', you will need to offer PAYMENT if you want a Windowblinds skin exactly to your requirements, which STILL will not be fully realized due to inadequacies with the shell used in Win 8, 8.1 or 10.

Long story short, you either make do with what is already available, or you pay someone to make a skin which may or may not be closer to what you want, or you do it yourself.

Re 'millions of people', no, it will be just you and maybe a dozen who are curious.  No-one uses the 'classic theme', just as no-one uses Windows 95.  BOTH Microsoft AND their Users have moved on....;)

This theme is missing - there is nothing to talk about.

Make this classic theme - then we'll check it.

I'm sure, WB-classic theme will be in demand and popular.
