Some Light Reading for Stardock

I had forgotten about this, you guys should read this.  It will cost you a whole $6 for all three books.  Three books written for sci-fi writers by "super genius" Ken Burnside of the SFB Staff.  Objects In Motion, Condition Zulu, & The Hot Equation were written to teach sci-fi writers and game designers about the realities of space combat.  The Hot Equation was nominated for the 2015 Hugo Award.

Even more than SVC, Ken Burnside could care less how complex his games are.  Although "realistic space combat" isn't particularly fun by the standards of modern gamers, Ad Astra's "Attack Vector: Tactics" is the closest thing that there has ever been too it.  Few people, however, are actually capable of understanding it.  Ken Burnside truly is a genius.

Any chance we could all collaborate on a series of books people should read?

This is a good old-school one that everyone had read back in the day that this was among the only books available on the subject...

There have been several books with this same name.  This is not "Will Wright's bible", which had this same name.  I have not been able to find that book since the mid-1980's when I originally read it.

Cathy's book is one of the very first books ever written on the subject of game and simulation design.

While the concept of Jeff and the Mowlings came up before we read these books, we really enjoy the Bobiverse books.

Probably the best series I've read in the past couple years.
