Maximum activations

I have re-installed Windows 10, and when I tried to activate this program, it said I have "maximum activations".

Can you please help?

Well, after all the fruitless screwing around, and time wasted, I was frustrated. I have no doubt that opening a ticket would have eventually solved this problem. That being said, I just decided to buy another license. The $3.99 was peanuts compared to all the time I've spent on this. So, I'm happy...I have my nice big hand cursor back, and that's that.
