Introduction

Greetings Earthlings,

I'm a lifetime fan of Star Control and it only makes sense that I would be a Lifetime Founder of its evolution. So happy to support this game.  I'm super excited to see where Stardock takes the universe.  Star Control 2 had such a deep story with all the different races and politics but it had such a treasure hunting, exploration feel that has been missing in so many games since. The "choose your own adventure" style made the game have multiple endings or at least different outcomes at the ending.  That was something that made it so memorable.  The game makes you feel like Captain Pickard going on several back to back first contacts. All of the characteristics of the different races and the ways to make friends or enemies made it so much fun.

I hope that these elements and sentiments are included in the new story. I'm super excited and I can't wait for all of it!
