Civilization Manager button causes instant crash

Never seen this. What version are you playing? Any mods enabled? Have you tried reinstalling?

Im still not sure what the problem was, but after uninstalling and reinstalling about 6 times it just randomly started working. Yes i was using mods, and no i didnt delete them/disable them. it just started working again.
