Using My Old ICO Account On Steam?

A friend recently bought me Rebellion on Steam.  Unfortunately, it seems that I can't use my accustomed name/account; it logs me on automatically and tells me that the name I want is already in use (presumably by me) when I try to change it.

 

Is there a way to be sure I'm logging in with my ICO account that works so well in non-Steam Trinity? :)

If it's you, then the real problem is your password, right?  Did you try to reset it?

If I were ever given a chance to enter a password, it might be.  I'm able to play all the multiplayer games I want, but I can't seem to do it as who I want.

No suggestions, sorry.  I guess you need to file a ticket with Support.
