Windows 10: Locked Desktop, can't drag / move Icons

Hey Guys,

I have some problems with dragging Icons around my Desktop while running Deskscapes.
Installed Version of Deskscapes is 8.51 and the applied Video is in .wmv format, Windows 10 Education.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Maybe just try to reinstall the program?
