Game won't create game files

Hello, I recently bought this game because i loved how it looked and there was a lot of good mods i would like to have for it, But when i follow the guys in YouTube videos in order to mod it, I realise that the files required in order to mod have not been made, I would like some help in about a week if no help and no furthur progress to counter this situation i shall refund the game, I like it, Im mainly getting it because of the mods.
