Deskscapes wont work with animated wallpaper on win10

Hi,

As stated i have installed DeskScape on win 10 and followed the below guide in order to use animated wallpapers:

But sadly i still get the error:  "No suitable decoder found", because win 10 dosnt come with MPEG2 decoder. 

then i installed Microsofts MPEG2 decoder:

but still, i get same error, even after reboot. So how come this codec aint working? Do you have another solution ?
