I do not know if this helps but, if you go to https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/odrenew.asp and click get it now button it asks for email address or OD serial number. you may be able to just use their email address.

Tried that, it doesn't allow for renewal, just a full sub. I can't afford a full sub.

Where Randy. There were 2 suggestions Jim said neither worked. Then he said he Got it done. So I will ask a different way. How did you do it?

He had popup's turned off on his browser, so he never got the window he needed until he turned them back on.
