How do I stop WindowsBlinds from loading on Windows startup?

Using WindowBlinds change the theme to the Default Theme. It is usually listed first in your installed themes list.

Now reboot and WindowBlinds will no longer load at Startup

I believe if you reboot, type in you windows password, and then press ctrl+enter to login winow blinds is disabled.
