There are a few colony improvements that can no longer be build. Is this intentional?
Looking in the file ImprovementDefs the following improvements have the tag <Unavailable>true</Unavailable> :
ResearchCoordinationCenter
OmegaDefenseSystem
BankingSector
TradeCapital
AmusementPark
MegaResort
ArbitrationCenter
Wait what? Why Arbitration Center unavailable if it is one of Pragmatic unlock?
They are still unavailable in the latest patch.
Also the following improvements are now unavailable as well:
PowerMatrix
FusionMatrix
AntimatterMatrix
QuantumMatrix
Made a mod to patch some of those issues here: https://forums.galciv3.com/483023/Crusade-213-User-Made-Fix-and-Balance-Changes. Hope that alleviate some of your troubles.
We are looking into this for the next opt-in update (e.g. not the one we just released).
Will that one fix the missing improvements in the pre-Crusade campaigns, too?
Just a heads up, but as of the 2.2 patch, you still can't build the Arbitration Center.
