Icon Developer won't let me use photoshop as an editor.

Every time I try to use setup the edit to use Photoshop CS5, it crashes with an error saying unable to find file. The file path provided is directly to Photoshop. I do have it installed on a D: drive not a C: drive. I've been using this tool for years and Have paid for it. I used to be able to do this just fine. I need to be able to edit the individual sized icons with sharper ones for the size.
