Anyone know which file, or files, controls the the number of turns you must wait to be able to trade with other civs? Even with an alliance you still have to wait, been trying to change that but can't seem to find which file controls these actions.
Pretty sure what your looking for is <AITradeCooldown> in GalCiv3GlobalDefs
