Descapes Lag work only on 4k

I bought  descapes before about 6 months and it worked fine but now it is working good only on 4k resolution when i try to lower resolution it  start laggingwhen i have mouse cursor on desktop screen  /mouse and everything/  when i have cursor on some window its going good i dont know where is the problem

Do you have a lot of icons on your desktop and are you also using Stardock Fences?

iam using only nexus ultimate docks havent got any icons on desktop i think it can be bcause of nvidia drivers today i was updating nvidia drivers after reinstall driver without reboot it works fine but after reboot when drivers jump on it start again
