The Vault update is going to be a day late. The team is here at the Game Developer's Conference in San Francisco California.
Here's a preview of some of the topics.
There is an internal discussion about Stardock switching to Slack or Discord.
Also... Brad said that he needs to finish up on the update. I predict that it will be an interesting one, worth the wait.
I'd he willing to help them out with that. I already run the server for Ashes, though it has been difficult to create much of a community.
Um hi.
Any ideas of when the next vault file will be released? I just want to know a rough estimation of when.
Personally i like discord more, maybe because it's a dark color, but also, I just find it easier to use (but that is just me). I personally it is better designed for a group conversation.
I like Discourse, 'cause you can drag and drop pictures, files etc. into your replies that are updated live and everything is organized as a regular forum. It's more of a Forum/Chat hybrid that's as intuitive as it gets and faster than anything I've ever tried.

I get the feeling Brad went out partying and has not been seen since.
I would much prefer Discord, as it is accessible in all areas that I work, and is available to all my devices, as opposed to Skype.
My thoughts.
Story
The addition of Mars being destroyed ups the ante and delivers the message that the humans are in big trouble. I like the change.
It would be funny that if in their attempt to defeat the Scryve the humans create/release something far worse. Or maybe they become something worse.
Creatures
Like the look of them, wish there were more. But I understand that development resources are finite.
Why does the rare Huthim have a mustache?
Planets
7 planet classes would be an acceptable number for me. If you manage to have 9 even better.
Planet exploration
My only request is that resources not be represented as floating glowing cubes or spheres.
Starbases
Will starbases have different inventories?
Can we buy back parts that we have sold?
By the way, what's the deal with some updates including content that was already released in previous updates?
In this case, it is the music. All tracks were already part of some of the previous updates. And this is not the first time that this happened.
Thank you..so much of this. I've expressed my hatred of the current candy resources before.
I think the Super Melee given out to more founders in March 2017 sounds exciting.
Can't wait for that.
