Inquiry about folder type item setting

Select an item, set tab size, position
It will be reset upon reboot.
Is there any way to keep the settings?

Did a test on my rig with details view in a folder portal and saw no reset for this.

windows 10 pro 14393.726 x64 - fences 3.03

note I locked fences
