Oh!!  I thought that was the other day.  I got it wrong... AGAIN.

As for ze biopsy, listen to ze doktor, my friend... he knows what he knows, and he knows it well.

Seriously, though, it could be far less serious than you think... or should I say, worried it is.

Well let's hope so, anyway.... like when I had a shadow on the right lung.  The doctor didn't say as much, but sort of indicated that it may have been cancer.  I was worried shitless for three days... being a single dad and only 38 at the time.  What was going to happen to my kids and other questions plagued me day and night... until test some results came back and it turned out that I had a bad case of pleurisy and some antibiotics would clear it up.

Your test results aren't in yet, let's pray they come back like mine did... and are good news, okay.

As for keeping yer pecker up, I'd advise against it in a hospital.  Nurses have some rather ingenious ways of making wayward peckers go down.

I have a follow up appt. on the 14th of Feb. They sent my biopsy to John Hopkins Univ. Waiting for the results to reach my Dr.

 Now I can say that at least some of me attended college.

Lol. I'm donating my body to science....science fiction, that is. I'll scare the crap out of some poor medical student.

No one else wanted it, lol.

Randy, you're in my thoughts and prayers every night. I know how scary it can be waiting for results. I was diagnosed with a cyst on my brain stem (inoperable if I want to live), and 4 years ago I was in the hospital with a major infection in my intestines. I would have died if I hadn't broke down and told my mom to call 911. I almost passed out from the pain. Doc said it was a good thing i came in when I did, another day and I most likely would have died. They hit me with antibiotics from the moment I hit the ER until I walked out the door after being discharged. Had another bout a year later but nowhere near as bad, thank GOD.  Keep your chin up and look on the sunny side of life. Take care and let us know the results. We're all praying for you.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to tell you guys this sad news.

I just got off the phone with Randy. His biopsy, sent to Johns Hopkins, came back as cancer.

I was able to spend maybe 30 minutes with him Saturday as he passed through here on his way back to Illinois. He was weak, and frail.

Please send prayers and good thoughts his way.

Been praying for Randy this whole time, and will continue to do so.

This isn't the news I was hoping for, Wiz, not at all.  I had hoped those spots they found were actually beans you'd eaten but had gone down the wrong way.... or something like that.... anything but this.

Anyway, old mate, you're in my thoughts and prayers.
