Have you signed into the Vault yet? Mine did not show up until I accessed the Vault.
Mine showed up after filing a support ticket. It's fairly easy, just remember to check your email and reply when their robot fails to help you.
I just became a founder yesterday. I also did not get the badge until I signed into the vault.
No badge for me either, even after going to the vault. Not a big deal, just wanted to have something to show for after spending $100
