ShadowFX - Custom shadow only adds shadow to bottom of window

Hello -

 

    I'm having problems with Shadow FX. Seems like a great app and I'd love to use it. The problem I'm having is that the custom drop shadow only appears on the bottom side of any active window, instead of around all four sides. In the custom style screen, I've made all the borders 30px, transparency 70%, Blur 35%, Factor, 6px, color black. Running Win 10 Pro. 

 

    Any thoughts as to why?

Do the other shadow effects apply to all four sides?

Hi - It would appear that all effects do the same thing (the built in ones), not just the custom one.

 

Here are some screen shots. Note the bottom shadow gets cut off horizontally right where it should meet the left and right vertical shadow.
