Folder Portal does not work

Hey there...,

 

I just purchased Fences 3, because in the trial version I loved the "folder portals" feature. It did work great in the trial version, but it does not work in the purchased version and I really don't know why. I am using Fences 3 on Windows 10. Every time I try to open a folder, the folder opens in a new window and not within fences like it did in the trial version.

I hope you guys can help me.

Select the menu on the upper left of the portal fence and make sure Navigation is enabled.

Navigation is on by default..., it does not work :(

It works now..., all I did was resetting the folder options in the file explorer. I don't know what settings I changed in the past, lol.

I finally solved the problem with the navigation in Fences 3 under Windows 10.

1. Open the Windows File-Explorer

2. Select the "View"-Tab

3. Under Options -> Folder Options

4. Click Tab "View"

5. in "Advance settings" deactivate checkbox "Launch folder windows in a separate process"

                        im deutschen Datei-Explorer "Ordnerfenster in einem eigenen Prozess starten"

6. Press OK!

That's all.

Now when you click in Fences a Folder, the Folder opens "in" Fences !!!

(Required "Allow navigation" is set in Fences-Window!)
