Here is the new face of skins in Wincustomize now. All the skins on Page 1 are Master Skins. Page 2 and Page 3 have only 2 free skins out of 9 on each page. Guess this is how it all rolls now?
Profile pages sorta still exist for people who signed up for them when they were available. We just do not have links to them anymore.

But, we do have plans in the distance future to create a new Stardock profile page and hope to bring back some of the content that was in the WinCustomize personal pages.
-Members that have profile remnants from "the old days" isn't much talking about since no new members know about them or go to them other than by happenstance.
-Every Active Skinner should have a profile page or at least the Masters who are selling skins & thereby contributing to the site economically.
There's also the need for said skinners to get exposure and for Masters means -Sales, which is good for the site's economy too. 
Even those that are not masters that upload contribute to the site, even if they are not monetarily reimbursed.
That is done by me. I will put most updated Master skins to the front especially if they updated for Windows 10. That lets people know that a skin they purchased has been updated.

My bad. I did look in there but under Windowblinds. I didn't look under General.Something else ever comes up I will look in all places.
BTW: I did get it to the people that asked for it but now this will be easier if needed again.

Here's my 2 cents worth, if I like it I will pay for it. I'm on a fixed income and this is part of my entertainment. The work that Tom, Andy & Kitty (and the other Master skinners) do is worth every penny I pay. I can't afford to buy too many every month, so I pick out the ones I want right now. Yes, you have to pay for the software, but what good is it to have skins if you don't have software to use it on? It takes time to create the skins they make. Just my honest opinion. I'll get off my soapbox now. 
P.S. You guys make my day.
On another note, is the new version of WindowBlinds capable of running XP & Vista skins?
