Cannot unlock new Fences 3.03- right-click View has no option

Upgraded to the newest version- I just noticed that when I right-click on a header and select 'View' there is no option to unlock the fence. All my Fences are locked. Has this option been moved somewhere else?

Win 10 Pro Anniversary edition

Nvidia 1060 video card

Dell monitor 1920x1200

Right-click on empty desktop and see if it's there. "Lock fences" will not display in the view menu from the titlebar.

(We are going to try to improve the user experience of menus and the config in future versions. Fences grew organically over time and features could use some consolidation and optimization.)
