Are you using a laptop which came with a display set to scaling 120% and you have changed it to 100%?

I just use 100% display size.

What display are you using?

It looks very much like Windows is scaling the window positions based on an assumed dpi scaling value that does not match up with what the real scaling value is.  End result is things look too spaced out.

When you changed did you sign out and back in again?  That is very important in Windows.

I use "Samsung C24F390 24-Inch Curved LED Monitor" with 1920*1080.

And I not touch dpi setting.
