I have a screenshot, but I can't get it to upload correctly.
I've been away from the game for several months, just updated to the latest version. When I started the first tutorial there are two plutonium patches where there should be iron.
There is no way to complete this tutorial after the first aluminum mine is built.
I scanned the forum for the last few months and didn't see anything on this. Any word?
